Small Batch - our flagship cafe in the heart of Petone. Originally a simple espresso bar, Small Batch has now developed to be a cafe with a seasonal & healthy menu offered weekdays; alongside a delicious cabinet, daily baking and gluten free sweet treats. With the incorporation of a production kitchen, retail store and event facility, Small Batch is the cafe with it all. We serve filter coffee, cold brew and drip coffee by origin; whilst our Pito-One blend is offered to suit a milk coffee and meanwhile the origin of the month is for black coffees.

Microlot on Boulcott Street is a small, quirky coffee bar serving our first house blend, Settler; alongside daily batch brew of our single origins. Alongside this, Microlot has retail equipment such as Keep Cups and Aeropresses; whilst Ripe beans are also available for purchase and can be ground to your requirements.
With a selection of scones, pinwheels, cinnamon, gluten free and vegan sweet treats, Microlot has it all!

Originally Go-Bang Espresso, Origin was Jason and Cate's first cafe from 2000-2014 and where Jason started his roasting career on a small roaster in the back shed. From 2018, the cafe is back in their hands, renamed Origin and has been given a bit of a face lift.
Origin is of course serving the Pito-One blend and a single origin coffee of the month. The menu is based on seasonal, healthy food and offers gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, as well as classic free range bacon and eggs. We also have a kids menu available and there is a varied selection of daily baking; sweet and savoury cabinet options.

Hauora is situated on the ground floor of the Ministry of Health building on Molesworth Street - the cafe is open to the public as well as ministry employees.
Here at Hauora, we serve the rich and full-bodied Settler blend as well as the single origin of the month; alongside a customer favourite, batch brew coffee. Hauora focuses on healthy cabinet food and and additionally offers a small toast menu, dairy free smoothies and daily baking.
We follow the NZ Healthy Food Guidelines in our food preparation, and have a strong focus on gluten free, dairy free and vegan options.
