We love to work with like minded, creative and ambitious people who are as passionate about coffee as we are. We will help you build a strong and loyal following for your new business; ensuring things are done right from the beginning.
Choosing a coffee roaster to partner up with is a big decision. Not only do you want the best possible coffee for your cafe, but you are also buying into their branding, values and knowledge. It’s important that you do your homework beforehand. Think about the questions below and what they mean to you.
What does coffee mean to you?
We have an extensive cupping and roasting programme in place to ensure we are using the best quality coffee we can get our hands on. We have relationships in Indonesia and Panama where we visit and keep regular contact with the farmers about the current crop. We centralise our other coffee origins in the USA and ship them directly to us. This gives us a unique coffee offering.
What does equipment mean to you?
We are working with La Marzocco espresso machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos grinders. Not only does this equipment look great but is also advanced in technology and performance. La Marzocco machines are sought after by specialty coffee roasters around the world and have a cult status amongst baristas
What does training mean to you?
Our barista training takes place at our roasting facility in Petone, where we have a dedicated training room fittedwith 3 La Marzocco espresso machines. This space allows us to fine tune your barista to get the best out of our coffee and understand the technical side of the equipment and coffee making process. Our coffee trainer follows up with onsite training at your coffee bar once you are up running to ensure that your coffee hits the mark. We are always on hand to answer any questions.
What does technical support mean to you?
We are La Marzocco service agents with 15 years experience of repairing and refurbishing espresso machines. We undertake a service program to ensure your equipment is performing at its best. We also visit regularly so you have the opportunity to ask any technical questions. Our service is 7 days to cover any unforeseen breakdowns.

Mobile coffee has been gaining popularity in recent years. Kiwis love their coffee on the go, but there is more to this business model than meets the eye. Often the best mobile coffee models aren't actually mobile. A cart or caravan that is situated in the same place and open regular hours is better placed to build a loyal following of die hard coffee fans.
When fitting out a vehicle or trailer there are still a lot of considerations before you even lift a hammer. We are happy to offer advice from our experience with vehicle fit outs.
Betsy is our mobile coffee van. She is a 1966 Austin Paralanian Camper that we have fitted out to do promotions, functions and community events. She doesn't move very fast so her outings are restricted to the Wellington region.
If you are looking to set up a mobile coffee business – get in touch.
